Thank you for your interest in The Tranquilo Traveler, the blog of Joshua Berman. That’s me. I am a self-employed freelance travel writer and guidebook author (here are my magazine clips and book credits). Here’s a little more about me and my blog.

But please know that I do not “exchange links” with anyone. Please do not ask. If you manage an interesting or useful website, I’m happy to hear about it. Advertising sales:

Search engines LOVE my site, especially for many travel-related keywords. As you can see in the right-hand column of my home page, I accept some advertising. I generally run ads only from travel-related companies. I do not have a standard rate. It depends on the ad, the placement, number of months paid in advance, etc. Please write to me with a firm offer and a sample of your ad. All ads and affiliate links will be fully disclosed.
