The tall slim mushrooms look vaguely similar to the horrifying fungus’s that I saw on David Attenborough’s “Planet Earth”. The fungus’s on his documentary actually took over the bodies of the insects they grew in … until the fungus finally burst through the skin of the insect to release its spores.
